Google Calendar – save your Events from any of ERPAG documents. Synchronize ERPAG events to your Mobile device using google calendar integration
In order to enable adding new events into the Google Calendar, it is necessary to previously turn on the integration with the calendar on the ’New User’ level. That means that the Admin is able to define for each particular User will they be able to integrate with the Google Calendar. Entering the data into the calendar is an automatized process, it is sufficient that you are logged in to the browser with your Google Account. If you are not logged in your Google Account, ERPAG will ask you to log in before entering anything in the calendar.

For every event that you want to appear in the Google Calendar, it is necessary that you have a contact and an email defined on the Supplier or Customer level.

Finally, open a new or activate an existing Sales Order or Purchase Order, choose the Customer or Supplier, choose the Contact Person and create a New Event.
Enter the Event content, date and time, the duration, description, customer or supplier and the contact.
When you try to save the new Event, ERPAG will check if you are already logged in the browser with your Google Account and then add the new event to your calendar. In case you are not logged in the browser with your Google Account, the Google login form will appear and you will need to complete the authorization. Finally, your New Event will be entered in your Calendar.
If you decide to delete or change the Event content in ERPAG, this will be automatically be passed to your calendar, but if you are making changes in your calendar directly, those changes will not reflect in ERPAG.
