The newest updates we have are (mostly) regarding Automatization & Customization ERPAG module.
- We upgraded the Smart API for end point – we added built in methods for post, delete & input. For example, now you an add new customer, sales order, purchase order, etc.
2. In BOT scripts, we added a option to directly access your database. Here, you can import blocks related to sales order, quotation, purchase order, request for quotation, utility bills, work orders, customers, suppliers, statements & tickets.
These blocks are created separately to manipulate your database data. We will work on more detailed instructions in the upcoming period.
3. We added 2 more options to record payments. Bank accounts now have 2 different options:
a) based on transactions – for example, PayPal can give an individual report based on each payment through API;
b) based on bank statements – through API you can import the entire bank statement document, with a list of pay ins/payouts.
For now, this option is manual, but in the future we will develop automatic import through the blockly script.
The more detailed instructions on how to use this option will follow shortly.
4. Plug-ins – in Automatization module we included the possibility to create and install plugins.
You can use this option to create scripts, templates, report designer templates etc. in another Trial, Demo or Developer Account and save them as plug-ins. Then Install that plug-in into your ERPAG database in which you manipulate with live data.
The more detailed instructions on how to use plug-ins will follow shortly in a separate blog.
5. We added Function scripts for Automatization.
Function script can be called anywhere (for example in On Demand script where it will retrieve data).
For example, if you have to email all contacts from a specific business associate at once, you will do that through the Function Script.
More detailed instructions on how to use Function Scripts will be published in the near future.
6. We included full screen mode & zoom in Report designer and blockly scripts. This should help you when you are working in new templates and blockly scripts.
