It’s nearly the end of the summer rush, see how many new features ERPAG has to offer that are already available in your database!
1) We have added custom table option (custom fields) in the documents, Sales orders/Purchase orders/Customers
2) Table view on the document list, ie the ability of showing items and sub documents. For example on the Sales order list it is possible to directly view the payments
3) Group by, subgroup by option on the tables has been improved, sums are now separately marked and moved on the group/subgroup header.
4) Export to XLS has been improved, ie grouping is now XLS native. We have added the support for subgroup.
5) API authorization- Improved support for AI agents (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and ERPAG)
6) We have added the “switch company” option on home page> This tool is useful only if the user has access to several databases.
7) For security reasons- the attachment preview is now in the browser’s memory (BLOB view, txt, pdf, png, jpg)
8) Custom entity which is the element that is being used in the custom fields, custom document and custom tables.
9) Temporary table in Report designer, label designer and JSON designer.
With all that it is possible to fill a temporary table through Blockly script in the designer itself.
10) Upgrade of the Footer row, as well as the auto table wizard in the Report designer.
11) Improved scrolling option through touch pad and magic mouse on Mac devices.

16) Custom fields, documents-
- quantity type of the fields (numerical with 3 decimal places)
- the ability to amend the type of already existing and used field (however, only similar, ie.text list to free text)
- Custom fields, added field types according to documents. for example Sales order, Purchase order, etc. Very useful when linking documents because it allows you to click to document.
17) Statistics for automation- An option that measures resource engagement for script execution (inbound/outbound data, CPU time, Executed time, AI tokens)
18) We have expanded the number of characters in the field when entering addresses. It has been increased to 50 characters.
19) When it comes to the option Blockly script new features are:
- Global variables- that is valid for the main database
- Temporary variables- that is valid for the currently logged in user/ session
- new blocks for database manipulation, Fx Rates, Accounting, Bank Accounts.
- The ability of posting Manual journal voucher in internal accounting
- Blocks for CSV reports
- Improvement of “Scheduled Blockly Executions”. (Previously it happened that two were reported at the same time)
- Parameter of the file type- The ability of uploading the file directly into the script
- Parameter of the type Qrcode/Barcode. The ability of direct scanning through the camera
20) New update for the Mobile browser –
- Added support for QR code/ Barcode scan through the camera. So far this feature was available via Mobile app
- Mobile App – IOS and Android- added support for file upload from the storage of device itself
