Archiving documents – Updated and Revised
The new Archiving engine sends the archived documents to another database. Even if the documents are out of your sight, the numbers will still be in all your reports and the data is still accessible from the users’ side.
This new option just optimizes the system speed and data processing. It will help you that the system runs more smoothly.
It is advised that you archive documents month-by-month, or day-by-day, as this is a process that takes a bit of time if you have a lot of documents to be archived.
Important note: only one operator needs to do this, not multiple operators (users) at one time.
