We wanted to inform you of some recent updates to the Sales Order screen in ERPAG. You probably noticed that the screen has a different look now. We’ve added a “Linked Documents” panel for easier visual reference.
Additionally, the Packing List is now a sub-document of the Sales Order and supports custom fields.
We’ve also included two new reports: “Ready for Packing” and “Ready for Shipping.” The “Ready for Packing” report allows you to create a Packing List without going into the Sales Order, which is useful for operators who don’t have access to Sales Orders due to their privileges. The “Ready for Shipping” report allows you to bulk-ship multiple orders at once.
Use case scenario:
A warehouse employee who picks, packs and ships orders doesn’t have access to Sales Order list in ERPAG, can now easily pack a sales order from the “Ready for – Packing” screen, rather than calling the Sales team to generate a packing list.
Key benefits:
Increased productivity (saves time with fewer clicks and no need for phone calls or communication with sales department);
Selling prices and other sensitive data is not visible;
Shipping multiple orders at once with same tracking number;
Saving time by shipping multiple orders at the same time, rather than going to each SO/Packing list individually.
