Let’s start off this week strong with announcing the newest update to our software solution – ERPAG!
Just like with Sales Orders and Purchase orders, we redesigned TRANSFER option, to make it a bit more streamlined in this fast-paced business environment, when the efficiency is critical.
The Destination warehouse got it’s own panel! Once you select your destination warehouse, you will immediately see the destination address. This will help the logistics manager in distribution center to quickly identify the correct warehouse for transferring inventory, ensuring that products are sent to the right location without delay. You know that ERPAG supports unlimited number of warehouses, and when Warehouses have similar names, there is a high possibility of error upon selection. Now when you have address clearly visible, errors upon warehouse selection are reduced.
Transfers also got a new sub-document – Transfer List! Transfer list is a part of our ‘linked documents’ option that we recently introduced. This feature also displays the shipping address at once, allowing you to verify the information at glance. This is perfect for warehouse supervisors to reference the address to order, and ensure accurate product dispatch.
And lastly, Transfer Lists have their own custom fields! Since the transfer list is now an official document, we decided to give them their own custom fields (we know how much you like that feature). Custom fields help you to tailor the necessary information based on your own unique needs. You can add custom fields to reference different information, such as handling instructions or priority levels.
